Clean dormitory and comfortable beds with curtains for privacy. Convenient location - very near Prince Edward station and easy access to buses. Great cafe nearby for breakfast. Patricia - the manager - is welcoming and friendly. Staff went above and beyond to assist with luggage.

These funky living spaces are like a second home for locals and expats, with amenities like a rooftop terrace and a coffee shop. I had a blast playing table tennis and darts, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The shared lounge and terrace made socializing easy.

Who needs privacy anyway? The lack of curtains in the dorms meant I got to enjoy uninterrupted views of my roommates' private moments.

I had a fantastic stay at a hostel in a convenient location. The spatial design of the beds made the dormitory feel luxurious and provided a sense of privacy. The hostel was well-maintained and had a cozy common area with vintage touches. The owners were friendly and made me feel welcome. The hostel also provided amenities like power strips and free snacks. I highly recommend this place!

Wontonmeen was a great value for my money, with a spacious and comfortable room, clean bathroom, and convenient facilities like a power strip at each bed. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff treated me like family, creating a warm and cute atmosphere.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety and options.

Loved the trendy and artsy decorations in the room. The staff always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Great location, close to plenty of delicious restaurants and convenient to public transportation.

The lack of soundproofing in the room was a major issue. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep and feel safe.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to public transport, with a subway station just a short walk away. This makes it easy to explore all the tourist spots in the city. there is a cafe downstairs where guests can enjoy their meals or grab a quick bite to eat.

The lounge area in the hotel is not ideal for socializing and getting to know other single travelers, as it is located in the basement and there is limited space.

I absolutely loved the unique and eclectic decoration at Wontonmeen. The hotel's artistic aesthetic and cozy atmosphere made me feel like I had traveled back in time to Hong Kong's good old days. The general areas were filled with local culture and charm, and I especially enjoyed listening to the old-school vinyl records in my private room. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with elevators available and comfortable common areas. It made my stay enjoyable and convenient.

If I had to suggest one thing for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working there to ensure that the hostel is kept clean enough. Although the decoration was interesting and added to the character of the place, cleanliness is important for a comfortable and pleasant stay, especially for senior guests like myself.

As a solo traveler, my stay at Wontonmeen was delightful. The hostel provided a comfortable and clean dormitory with unique artistic touches throughout. Its location in Kowloon allowed me to explore the vibrant city and enjoy the local cuisine. The staff, especially Patricia, were friendly and attentive. The hostel's facilities, including the well-stocked kitchen and common room, added to the overall value for money. I can't wait to return!

    Would recommend this hotel.
